President’s Award winners must meet a stringent set of criteria and represent an elite group of the chain’s top properties, whose staff consistently provides customers with outstanding service and maintain their hotel at the highest possible standards. Chosen by Ramada Worldwide’s staff, properties are rated in key areas such as hotel performance, participation in marketing programs and promotions, customer service and the overall presentation of the hotel.

Created in 1985, the Grands prix du Tourisme Québécois (Québec Tourism Awards), an initiative of the Ministère du Tourisme and its partners, are awarded to honour the expertise of the Québec tourism industry.

For the hotel’s efforts in providing accessibility for mobility impaired persons.

The Pinnacle Award is given to the chain’s top properties, whose staff consistently goes the extra mile to provide a high level of quality and services. Properties are rated in key areas such as hotel performance, participation in marketing programs and promotions, customer service and the overall presentation of the hotel. Ramada Worldwide honours properties from each of 19 regions in the United States and Canada with the Pinnacle award.

Awarded by the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce to the hotel for their dollars invested in training program for personnel of all levels.
